1 · Coat checkThrough the revolving doors, turn left. Across from the AV booth. Drop everything first.
2 · The carpetWalk down the center to the stage. Photos at the backdrop.
3 · Check inAfter your photos, come off the stage and head for the VIP cocktail hour on the mezzanine. Check in at the foot of the stairs on your way up — that is where you collect your table number.
4 · UpstairsVIP cocktail hour on the mezzanine. Not walking the carpet? Check in on the right as you come in instead.

- You do not read the nominees. A recorded announcement names the award, introduces you and reads the three nominees while you walk up.
- One line and a name. Something short about the category in your own words, then read the winner. Your card is on the lectern.
- You walk the winner off. They get forty-five seconds. When the music comes up, shake their hand and lead them off.
- Pause for the photo. On the way off, you and the winner stop for a quick shot at the backdrop. Seconds, but do not walk past it.
- Your call time is in the list above — fifteen minutes before you present. It is yours alone, so you are not standing around.
- Hold stage right, behind the walls. A runner meets you there with your trophy and your card. A diagram of exactly where to stand will be added here.
- Pause for the photo. On the way off, you and the winner stop for a quick shot at the backdrop. It takes seconds, but do not walk past it.
